Lebron looked like he played the best game of the season last night against his former team. Cleveland received an embarrassing loss to the Miami Heat with the final score being 118-90. King James seemed as if he was #1 on America's Most Wanted list during the game. This of course meaning that Cleveland booed the hell out of him and acted as if he committed a crime.
After the game Lebron quoted "We came in here with one goal and that was to win a basketball game, and we did that. This was our most complete game of the season from start to finish." That was exactly what James and the rest of the Miami Heat did. Scoring 38 points with 8 assists, it's almost as if he wanted to win this game more then the championship.
The fans held up many signs, and one of them read "We are not too fond of Lebron." I hope I am not the only one to wonder how that sign made it on television. Many fans also had on shirts saying "The Lyin' King" on them to show their hatred for Lebron even more. Every time James touched the ball the fans screamed and booed him. In my opinion I think it was a little too much and I lost a little bit of respect for the Cleveland fans. The guy is one of the best players to ever play the game. Have some respect for yourselves and hide the hatred a little more, especially on national TV.
Although about 95% of the arena showed how much they disliked Lebron, there were a few fans that were on his side. During the game a fan held up a Miami Heat jersey with James on the back of it. Unfortunately he was forced to leave the game after be showered with beer by the Lebron haters.
It's back to South Beach now for Lebron and the rest of the team, because God knows they are not sticking around Cleveland after the game to catch up with any old friends. Now that Lebron has the return out of his system, maybe the Miami Heat can begin to play as the team everyone anticipated during the off-season.
